Why B2 Baseball?
B2 Baseball began in 2016 with Coach Zak Blair giving individual lessons while he was coaching at Case Western Reserve University and scouting for the Miami Marlins. 1 lesson turned into 10 and 10 turned into 20 and so on. Coach Zak and Coach Dave then ran the 1st B2 camp in April of 2016 and then had enough saved up to get into their own facility. Their 1st B2 facility was in Mentor and was 4,500 sf. They started the B2 Bulls premier travel program in 2017 with 2 teams coached by Jim Savel, Jimmy Savel, Zak Blair, and Dave Blair. They only had 2 cages and limited turf space but within a year and a half they were bursting at the seams and had to look for a bigger facility. They then moved into a 12,000 sf facility in Wickliffe and that is where they call home to this day. They now have 9 teams from 10u-18u.
